Take 1 small pot of natural yoghurt , a chopped banana , a handful of pumpkin seeds , sunflower seeds , hemp seeds , a handful of oats , other fruit of your liking - blueberries , strawberries , raspberries.

Put in a blender & whizz until all the ingredients are mixed together

Pour into a cup & enjoy !

Follow with a piece of wholemeal toast & you have a healthy satisfying breakfast which will keep you going until lunch
