Steps to a perfect pH

1 Switch to an alkaline diet by eating more vegetables such as spinach , chard , beets ; kidney beans, garlic ,asparagus ,watercress, broccoli ,Brussel sprouts ,cabbage, Peas, Pumpkin 
Carrot, Cauliflower ,Celery Cucumber,Kale, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Onions ,Parsnips, Peppers 

2 Increase your intake of fruit and eat at least 1 avocado a day ( don'y worry about the calorific content of avocados - they contain good fat which is necessary for weight loss so think of an avocado as your friend not your foe!)

3 Try Green Powders mixed in your water ( available for health food stores). Green powders such as barley grass & wheatgrass contain alkalising chlorophyll excellent for supporting the body and another plus you'll have increased energy!

4 Move your body. Moderate amounts of exercise are GOOD for alkalising the body and as a general rule of thumb if your exercise routine leaves you feeling tired and worse for wear be a little bit gentler on yourself - walk instead of run!

5 Drink more water. Water is vital for good health so aim for at least 2 litres a day and don't forget if you are increasing your intake of fruit and veg this counts towards your water intake though do include fresh water

6 Manage stress. Take time to relax , breathe properly and meditate

7 Cleanse your body. If you suffer from constipation on  a regular basis you will have a build up of toxins in your body causing over acidity. Try a natural laxative by taking 2 tablespoons og golden linseeds , crushing them them soaking them in boiling water overnight. In the morning you will have a gelatinous liquid which you dink along with a glass of boiled water. It soon gets things moving and its natural so very gentle on the body. Go for colonic hydrotherapy which clears old waste material from the large intestine.
